Terms and Condition's

By accepting this quotation, the customer agrees to purchase and have the specified products supplied and installed by DH Glazing & Repairs. The Company agrees to deliver and fit the goods as detailed in the quotation.

The customer agrees to provide the Company with reasonable access to the property within 14 days of the contract date or as otherwise agreed in writing. This access is necessary to complete the work as scheduled.

DH Glazing & Repairs accepts no responsibility for any electrical wiring, telephone lines, or other services that may interfere with installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to all relevant areas prior to installation. We cannot be held liable for damage to wires, cables, or personal belongings within the work area.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the products have not entered the manufacturing process. If manufacturing has begun, any outstanding costs for materials must be paid in full before the goods can be released as supply-only items.

A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation to proceed with the ordering stage. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the work. 

All materials remain the property of DH Glazing & Repairs until the full balance is paid.

• New Installations:
   
  • 10-year guarantee on frames and sealed units
     
  • 5-year guarantee on hinges, handles, and locks
     
  • A CERTASS certificate will be issued once the final balance is paid
     
• Sealed Unit Replacements:
   
  • 3-year guarantee when fitted into uPVC or aluminium frames
     
  • 1-year guarantee when fitted into timber frames
     

Note:

• No guarantees are provided on repair work.
   
• Glass breakages are not covered unless damage occurs during installation; in such cases, we will arrange a replacement.
   
• Customers may withhold up to £300 from the final balance depending on the final balance amount until any missing parts or replacement items are fitted.

• Guarantees begin from the date on the final invoice and run for the specified duration.
   

By agreeing to this contract, you consent to DH Glazing & Repairs storing your personal information for the duration of any applicable guarantee, up to a maximum of 10 years. This includes your name, address, phone number, email, images, and other relevant contact details. Your information will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes. In cases where necessary (e.g., for certification), your details may be shared with CERTASS and QANW to issue official documentation.
