Contract.
The customer agrees to purchase and have fitted the products offered in the Quotation, and the Company agrees to supply and fit the goods as set out in the Quotation.
Access.
The customer agrees to give the Company access to their property, with reasonable notice, within 14 days from the date of the Contract or as agreed in writing from the Company.
Liability.
DH Glazing & Repairs accept no liability for any wiring or telephone lines which may be intrusive to the installation. It is the customers responsibility to move or arrange access to all areas for installation. We will not accept liability for any damage to wires or cables or personal belongings damaged within the installation area.
Cancellation.
Cancellation of orders. Payments can be made back in full as long as the products ordered have not entered the manufacturing process. In the case the products are in manufacturing any monies outstanding to DH Glazing & Repairs on the cost of the products will be required for payment then products can be released to you as supply only.
Payment terms.
We require a 50% deposit payment of the total invoice amount on acceptance of the quotation . The final 50% of the total invoice amount is due on completion of work. All materials to carry out the work remain the property of DH Glazing and Repairs until balance is paid in full.
Guarantee's
There is a 10-year guarantee for frames and sealed units. 5-year guarantee on hinges, handles and locks on all new installations by the company and a CERTASS certificate once final payment is made will be provided. No guarantees is issued on any repair work. GLASS BREAKAGE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE unless broken during installation then we will arrange to change at a later date. Customers can hold back £300 from the final balance till replacements or missing parts are installed. Guarantees on Sealed unit Replacements is 3 years into uPVC and Aluminium frames and 1 year on Timber frames. All guarantee's are from the final invoice date to the same date that the length of the guarantee is for.
By agreeing to this contract you are giving DH Glazing & Repairs permission to use and hold your personal information for the lifetime of any guarantees, which will not exceed 10 years. Personal Data includes title, names, address, phone number, images, and email address, this information will not be shared with any third parties or used for any marketing purposes. However, in relevant cases your information will be passed to CERTASS to provide you with further documentation.
